Marketing per Handy: elektronische Vertriebs- und Kommunikationswege der neuen Jugendbibliothek in Dresden

Im Mai 2000 ging in Dresden eine neue Jugendbibliothek ans Netz, die medien@age. Die gemeinsam mit der Bertelsmann Stiftung konzipierte Filiale setzt auf Innovation, neue Technologien und Kundenorientierung. Während des ersten Betriebsjahres wurde ein Marketingkonzept entwickelt, das ein Wachstum der Leistungsdaten intendiert und neue Kunden akquirieren soll. Die medien@age erprobt hierbei auch elektronische Kommunikationswege wie z.B. Direktmailing per SMS und E-Mail.

Marketing via mobile: electronic distribution and communication channels of the new library for young adults in Dresden

In may 2000 a new library for Young Adults has been connected to the net, the medien@age. The branch, conceived in co-operation with the Bertelsmann Stiftung, strongly relies on innovation, new technologies and customer orientation. During the first operational year a marketing plan has been developed to improve the performance of the library and to acquire new customers. At this the medien@age tests also electronic communication means such as direct mailing via SMS and e-mails.

Marketing par portable: voies électroniques de distribution et communication de la nouvelle bibliothèque pour les jeunes à Dresde

Au mois de mai 2000 à Dresde une nouvelle bibliothèque pour la jeunesse était mise en réseau: le medien@age. L‘ annexe concue en commun avec la Fondation Bertelsmann investit dans l’innovation, les nouvelles technologies et les attentes de ses clients. La première année une conception marketing fût élaborée pour permettre une croissance des chiffres performances et l’acquisition des nouveaux clients. En l’occurrence, le medien@age mise sur les voies électroniques de communications comme le mailing-direct par SMS et couriel
