Die Job-Karriere- Bibliothek Bochum geht ins Netz

Anfang 2002 entstand in Bochum eine Job-Karriere-Bibliothek. Diese Themenbibliothek ist ein Modellversuch der Stadtbücherei Bochum und der Bertelsmann Stiftung, bei dem Methoden zur Neukundengewinnung sowie zur Kundenbindung erprobt werden. Parallel zu einer räumlichen Bibliothek wurde im Internet ein digitales Angebot aufgebaut. Aus Sicht der Projektleitung der Bertelsmann Stiftung, des Webdesigners und der bibliothekarischen Leitung der Job-Karriere-Bibliothek wird die Vorgehensweise, Planungs- und Umsetzungsphase für die virtuelle Job-Karriere-Bibliothek beschrieben.

Job-Career-Library Goes Online in Bochum

Since the beginning of 2002, the Job-Career-Library in Bochum has been open to the public. Being the first one of its kind - the project was carried out by the Bertelsmann Foundation in collaboration with the Bochum Public Library - the Job-Carrer-Library is designed as a model to test ways of attracting new customers as well as retaining customer loyality. While the new library was built up, a matching web presentation was developed to offer digital services to customers in their homes and offices. The article presents the development of this virtual offer in its preparation-, planning- and implementation phases - from the point of view of the project director of the Bertelsmann Foundation, the web designer and the head of the Job-Career-Library.

La Bibliothèque Job-Carrière à Bochum s’établit dans le réseau

Au début de l’ans 2002 une Bibliothèque Job-Carrière fut établie à Bochum. Cette bibliothèque thématique constitue un projet modèle de la bibliothèque municipale de Bochum et de la Fondation Bertelsmann, afin de développer des méthodes pour acquérir des nouveaux clients et de les attacher. Parallèlement à une bibliothèque réale, on a établi une bibliothèque digitale dans internet. L’article décrit la méthodologie, la planification et la réalisation de la bibliothèque virtuelle. Job-Carrière sous l’angle de vue de la Fondation Bertelsmann, du web designer et de la direction de la Bibiothèque Job-Carrière.
