Elsevier and American Chemical Society link services

Elsevier (www.elsevier.com) and two divisions of the American Chemical Society - Chemical Abstracts Service (www.cas.org) and Publications - have announced that they have agreed to provide linking between their services for scientists.  Under the agreement:

Elsevier, the world's largest publisher of scientific journals and the American Chemical Society, the world's largest scientific society, are both leading publishers of chemical information. Linking this information provides new pathways to a wealth of scientific information. CAS has indexed and summarized chemistry-related articles from more than 40.000 scientific journals and the Publications Division offers 31 key scientific journals to scientists worldwide. Elsevier publishes more than 1.800 journals and provides access to its secondary databases via ScienceDirect, and its Web communities, such as ChemWeb.
