Ausgewählte deutsche, skandinavische,
US-amerikanische und australische bibliothekarische Online-Tutorials im Vergleich
Hochschulbibliotheken integrieren zunehmend Online-Tutorials als ein modernes Mittel zur
Vermittlung von Informationskompetenz in ihr Dienstleistungsangebot.
Hierbei gelten die USA und auch Australien und Skandinavien gemeinhin
als fortschrittlich. In diesem Beitrag wird dargestellt, welche
Unterschiede und Gemeinsamkeiten sich in den einzelnen Ländern
bei der inhaltlichen Gestaltung und der Usability der Tutorials
tatsächlich erkennen lassen. Dieser Auswertung liegt eine
Master's Thesis für den Zusatzstudiengang Bibliotheks- und
Informationswissenschaft an der Fachhochschule Köln zugrunde, in
der ausgewählte bibliothekarische Online-Tutorials zur
Vermittlung von Informationskompetenz für Studierende evaluiert wurden.

Comparison of selected German, Scandinavian, US-American, and Australian library online-tutorials
To an increasing degree, online-tutorials are integrated into the range
of services offered by academic libraries. They are a modern means to
teach information literacy. In this domain of service the USA,
Australia, and Scandinavia are generally regarded as up-to-date. This
article describes to what extent German, Scandinavian, and
US-American and Australian tutorials actually show differences and
similarities as to their contents and their usability. This analysis
is based on a Master's Thesis in order to achieve the degree of a
Master of Library and Information Science. In this thesis selected
online-tutorials on the websites of academic libraries in Germany,
Scandinavia, the USA, and Australia were analysed and compared to
each other. These tutorials are for students and deal with
information literacy.

Comparaison des tutoriels en ligne choisis d'Allemagne, de Scandinavie, des
Etats-Unies et d'Australie
Dans les derniers ans des bibliothèques de rechereche ont intégrées
des tutoriels en ligne dans leurs services de plus en plus. Ces
tutoriels sont un moyen moderne d'enseigner la culture de
l'information. Les Etats-Unies, l'Australie et la Scandinavie sont
réputés pour progressistes dans le domaine de la
culture de l'information. Cet article montre les différences
et les communautés réelles des tutoriels en ligne
allemands, scandinaves, anglo-américains et australiens
concernant leur contenu et leur utilisabilité. La base de
cette évaluation est un mémoire de maîtrise du
cursus d'études de bibliothéconomie et de science de
l'information. Dans ce mémoire des tutoriels en ligne choisis
des bibliothéques de recherche étaient analysés
et comparés. Ces tutoriels s'occupent de la culture de
l'information et s'adressent des étudiants.
