Make sure to register before this date in order to benefit from the reduced rates. You have the choice between the Full Conference Package where everything is included (eg paper presentations, workshops, tutorials, food, drinks and social events) and Day Passes.
Rooms in different hotels in Bern have been reserved for iPRES 2016 participants until August 1. You can book them via the iPRES 2016 website. After August 1 the rooms will be released and you will have to book your accomodation either directly at a hotel or via the usual booking services.
